Day 01    USA - Cairo
Depart from USA to Egypt Capital - Cairo.
Day 02    Cairo
HOTEL: Shepherd Hotel or similar
Upon arrival to the capital of Egypt - Cairo, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel.
Day 03    Cairo (B)
HOTEL: Shepherd Hotel or similar
After breakfast, take a full day tour in Cairo visit one of the seven wonders of the world, the greatest and famous Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Egyptian Museum to learn more about ancient Egyptian historic and culture.
Day 04    Cairo-Aswan-Deluxe Nile Cruise Embarkation (Komombo , Edfu) (B,L,D)
HOTEL: MS World Cruise or similar
Morning flight to Aswan. Upon arrival you will be escorted to your cruise ship where you will spend the next 3 nights / 4 days. Accommodation. You will visit the High Dam, the Granite Quarries with the Unfinished Obelisk and the Temple of Philae; view of Kitchner's Island botanical garden and the Agha Khan Mausoleum by felucca, after lunch, sail to Kom Ombo where you will visit the Ptolemaic Temple of Sobek & Haroeries. Then sail to Edfu and overnight.
Day 05    Nile Cruise (Edfu, Luxor) (B,L,D)
Travel by horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus, the falcon-god, (237 B.C.) considered the best-preserved temple in Ancient Egypt and the second largest after the Temple of Karnak. Sail to Esna, passing through the Esna Lock, and continue sailing towards Luxor and overnight.
Day 06    Nile Cruise(Luxor) (B,L,D)
Visit the West Bank necropolis including the Valley of the Kings, the funerary temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. (Evening optional Sound & Light Show at the Karnak Temple $40), overnight in Luxor.
Day 07    Nile Cruise( Luxor) Disembarkation - Cairo (B)
HOTEL: Novotel Airport Hotel or similar
Visit Karnak and Luxor Temples, a centuries-old city of pylons, hypostyle halls, colossal statues, shrines and obelisks. Disembarkation and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo you will be met and escorted to your hotel.
Day 08    Cairo - USA (B)
Transfer to airport for your flight home.
