· Booking Class: UA (W Class)/ Sell up to V class+75(o/w), Q Class+150(o/w).
· Min/Max Stay: Min 5 nights; max 60 days ,7 Days advanced purchased.
· Weekend surcharge: $35 each way (Fri, Sat, Sun).
· Change & Cancellation: $350 for revalidation / re-issue; Non-refundable after ticket
is issued.
· Fuel Surcharge & Taxes: excluding $525, and is subject to change when ticket is issued.
· Tax & Security Charge: NOT included.
· Hotel: Based on double occupancy.

** Airport transfers:
For Tokyo arrival and departure, the clients will be handed Airport Limousine Ticket in advance And take Airport Limousine Bus (Seat-in Coach) to the hotel on own.
· Minimum Number of clients:
“SAKE BREWERY TOUR IN TOKYO” will operate from 10 clients or more. In case of less than 10 clients, the tour will be canceled.
· Deadline for Tour Operation:
All requests must be finalized 3 WEEKS before the Operation Date with the following information:
- Full Name of the clients.
- Number of requested Rooms / Types of Rooms.
- Arrival and Departure Flight Details.
· Cancellation Policy
If notice of cancellation is received to MV 21 days or more (working days) prior to the Arrival date of the tour = No Charge.
If notice of cancellation is received to MV 20 days to 11 days (working days) prior to the Arrival date of the tour = 10% of the Tour Fare.
If notice of cancellation is received to MV 10 days to 8 days(working days) prior to the Arrival date of the tour = 20% of the Tour Fare.
If notice of cancellation is received to MV 7 days (working days) prior to the Arrival date of the tour = 50% of the Tour Fare.
If notice of cancellation is received to MV on the Arrival date of the tour or no notification is given = 100% of the Tour Fare. |

In the case of the waiver of visa requirements of up to three months or 90 days, foreigners are granted upon landing a temporary visitor status for a period of 90 days (15 days for Brunei).
Nationals of countries and regions that have taken measures concerning the waiver of visa requirements with Japan for stays of up to six months in principle are granted permission to stay in Japan for 90 days at the time of landing. Nationals of these countries and regions who wish to stay in Japan for more than 90 days must apply at their nearest immigration authority in Japan for an extension of their period of stay.
In the case of Bangladesh, Pakistan and Iran, the waiver of visa requirements is temporarily suspended.
In the case of Malaysia, Peru and Colombia, it is recommended to obtain visa.
In the case of China, visas are not required only for students of elementary, junior and senior high school in China for the purpose of school excursion staying in Japan less than 30 days.
