| (1) Applicant's passport must be valid for at least 6 months and have blank visa pages.
(2) Applicant is required to fill and submit China visa application form and sign.
(3) One color passport photo with correct size (Download Visa Application Form).
(4)
Personal check or money order of $170 payalbe to USA Gateway Travel for visa application ($130) and handling fee and return overnight delivery fee ($40).
(5) Change to "Strongly recommend to mark Tourism purpose on the application form, otherwise official invitation letter from China might be required. Also, recommend to mark Multiple Entry visa, but it will be decided by Chinese Consulate.

| Terms & Conditions |
· Our tour programs are bases on minimum of 2 passengers.
· Hotel rate is based on twin-sharing (2 persons sharing a twin bedded room). Single tourist need to pay single supplement. Request for double room or connecting rooms depends on availability at each hotel.
· Explanation of the admission fee for tour attractions: most of china sightseeing places have some extra fees, such as cable car, electricity powered carts after entered the first entrance. The quotation we made above does not include the extra fees.
· China Tour Vehicles: Our tour vehicles are clean, modern & comfortable. The drivers are very experienced in receiving foreign guests.
· Meals: the meals we provided are meals cooked in delicious Chinese style. Group members sit at a round table, 10 guests per table, with 8 dishes and 1 soup. We also provide western tableware, and our restaurant attendants will provide you warm and thoughtful service if you have special requests.
(B) = Full Board Western Buffet Breakfast at Hotel.
(L) = Chinese Lunch en route in the selected restaurant with a glass of soft drink.
(D) = Chinese Dinner en route in the selected restaurant with a glass of soft drink.
(SD) = Chinese Special dinner with soft drinks.
· Cancellation fees:
If cancellation is received by Majestic more than 30 days prior to commencement of services, there is no penalty. However, the following per person cancellation fees apply:
29-8 days prior to commencement of services: 50 % of total price.
7 days prior to commencement of services: 100% of total price.
On arrival day or later: 100 % of the price. |
