(1) Applicant's passport must be valid for at least 6 months and have blank visa pages.
(2) Applicant is required to fill and submit China visa application form and sign.
(3) One color passport photo with correct size (Download Visa Application Form).
(4) Personal check or money order of $170 payalbe to USA Gateway Travel for visa application ($130) and handling fee and return overnight delivery fee ($40).
(5) Strongly recommend to mark Tourism purpose on the application form, otherwise official invitation letter from China might be required. Also, recommend to mark Multiple Entry visa, but it will be decided by Chinese Consulate.
