For a child under 2 years of age and do not need to purchase a HSR ticket, but need pay $ 25 USD / per guest for insurance and coach seat fee.
Above 2 - 12 years of age child is the same price as adult for special tour package. ( Seat and insurance included )
Chinese speaking service for Min. 2 persons or English speaking service for Min. 4 persons.
Gratuity ($10~20/p.p recommended)
High Speed Rail one-day tickets are from Taipei station to Taichung Station , round trip tickets , it would be NOT allowed to refund after the ticket is partically used, change the number of tickets, origin station . Please arrange high-speed rail schedule in advance.
The package includes a high-speed rail ticket with the discounted fare, electronic ticket to the bearer , good for the same tour date of issue only, and there is no replacement, please keep tickets safe. Whatever altered, defaced caused by difficult to identify, or photocopies, are invalid.

Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Project.
The tour package is for above two - person, there is no qualify with single person , HSR has the right to cancel.
The tour package could be based on the number of days, activities, festivals or weather and other factors, by the trip leader to adjust.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation of HSR will be opened start at 28 days in prior of departure date. And it's NOT allowed to accept booking within 7 days in prior of departure date.
Before 8 days in prior of departure date will charge $ 20 USD Penalty.
Before 7 days in prior of departure date will charge 100% Penalty.

【Xiangshan Visitor Center】The Xiangshan Visitor Center is both for tourism and administration. The uniquely designed building has wood-patterned exteriors and wings that stretch like human arms embracing the earth. In addition, the two giant canopy structures, 34 meters long and 8 meters tall each, allow people to enjoy beautiful views of the Sun Moon Lake from the top.

【Xiangshang Bikeway】Located between the Shuishe Dam and Mingtan Xiachi Reservoir Outlet, the Xiangshan Bike and Pedestrian Bridge offers a spectacular view. You can visit the nearby Shuishe Dam and Ming Lake Legendary Sights Hall to learn about the legends and stories surrounding Sun Moon Lake.

【Sun Moon Lake boat Tour】Sun Moon Lake Station lines to the south east of Sun Moon Lake, the north of Ita Thao community, and the west of Youth Activity Center. The station is 3.74 hectares in area and is under the local government of Sun Moon village, Yuchih township. The Ropeway incorporates water, land, air and merges characteristic tourist attractions in Taiwan.

【Sun Moon Lake Ropeway】The Sun Moon Lake Ropeway starts from the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village and ends at the Ita Thao Settlement in Sun Moon Lake for a total distance of 1.87 km. The 7-minute ropeway ride allows visitors to view the beautiful scenery of Sun Moon Lake from the sky.

【Wenwu Temple】Wenwu Temple is located at the shoulder of mountain where is on the north of Sun Moon Lake.It was built in 1938. People worried the water of Sun Moon Lake might cover Longfeng Temple and Ihuatang of Shuishotsun,they built Wenwu Temple. The Wenwu Temple is 2 (Longfeng Temple and Ihuatang) in 1. It was rebuilt in 1969. Its gate is face to the north. People pray the Civil Saint of Confucius, the Military Saint of Guangong, and the Established God of two temples at the Wenwu Temple. The temple is popular among students.
